EDG has a city office, located at Level 3, 235 Queens Street, Melbourne, and a regional office located at 445 High Street, Echuca.

Recent EDG project locations include Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges, metropolitan Sydney, metropolitan Melbourne, north central Victoria, along the Murray River from Albury to Mildura, southern NSW, and Echuca-Moama.
